Are you submissive in your real life, or only when you perform?

_"I am a switch. During SM shows I like to play with shifting dynamics that tell a story from beginning to end, and I often embrace a more submissive role during the majority of the show because I enjoy the vulnerability, trust, and emotional connection that can be created through performance art and SM expression.

At the same time, in spaces like events or at the SM bar I work with, La Belle Reine, I tend to be more dominant. I enjoy caring for people, understanding different personalities, and creating experiences that make others feel safe, seen, and excited!"

How do you like to be treated ?

_"I like to feel wanted, needed, and genuinely special to the people I connect with. I think, in many ways, that’s something most people want. Despite the image I may present through events or shows, I don’t think I’m so different from anyone else. For me, the most meaningful experiences come from feeling truly seen and appreciated by another person."

How did everything start for you? When did you first feel sexual arousal?

_"Truly I was very young when I started to feel arousal but I didn't know or understand what the feeling was until I was older."

What kind of master do you like ?

_"I’m drawn to masters who are gentle, kind, thoughtful, and communicative. Trust and safety are incredibly important to me for SM, especially when exploring vulnerability or pushing limits.

I appreciate someone who can encourage me to try new things while still listening carefully to my feelings and boundaries. Patience, consistency, and care matter just as much to me as confidence or control.

I also love the balance between seriousness during a session and warmth outside of it. Praise and a caring attitude for aftercare is a must for me. Genuine care creates the kind of connection that allows me to fully relax and trust another person."

You seem to enjoy performing in random, everyday places — not just during exhibitions. What are some of your best and worst experiences outside of official events ?

_"While I have never actually performed shows outside, I think your question may be referring to the photos I’ve taken outdoors. Taking risky and sexy photos outside was something I became inspired to explore after discovering the SM community in Japan. The beauty of their surroundings and expressions really captured my attention.

One of my favorite experiences was at a mixed-gender outdoor onsen in Takayama, where the atmosphere felt surprisingly warm and welcoming. The people there were kind, respectful, and even gave me suggestions of the best spots to take pictures, which made me feel very happy and accepted, while we were all nude.

At the same time, I think anyone who takes risky or spicy photos in public or outdoors understands there is always that heart-pounding fear of getting caught. That is really the only negative aspect for me."

Have you ever studied art ?

_"Formally, no. My academic background is actually in Human Resources Management, not art. However, over the past 7 years of watching performances and immersing myself in the SM community, I began studying art in my own way.

I became deeply interested in understanding why certain performances moved me emotionally. I would ask myself what made a show beautiful, exciting, sensual, or memorable, and how I could evaluate and improve my own creative expression.

That process started with music selection for shows, then expanded into studying modeling poses through photo books and art books. Later, I began putting together costumes, and thinking carefully about openings and endings for shows in order to tell the story I wanted to express.

I’ve also been incredibly fortunate to collaborate and receive feedback with creative people who are open-minded, supportive, and generous with sharing ideas. I think a lot of my artistic growth has come through observation, curiosity, collaboration, and continuously trying to evolve my ability to tell a story through emotion, imagery, and performance."

What kind of art has influenced you the most ?

_"The kinds of art that have influenced me the most are SM performances, SM photography, erotic drawing, and painting."

When did you first hear about Shibari ?

_"I first discovered shibari completely by accident in 2017 at an anime convention in the United States. I had gone to a different scheduled panel than I originally planned, and ended up watching a shibari demonstration that was playful and comedic. I remember being completely fascinated by it.

At the time, I was too shy to volunteer, even though I found myself thinking that I would love to experience it. In 2018, I returned to the same event and finally volunteered to be tied. It was AMAZING! I felt incredibly good!

In 2019, I attended again, and not long after that, I moved to Japan. That same year I learned about a Halloween event that featured a shibari show, and of course, I went! After the show finished, I asked if I could be tied as well, not realizing that at show events it isn’t appropriate to request that, as it isn't really the right time or space.

Fortunately, both the rigger and the venue owner were very kind and allowed the request, this became my first suspension experience.

That moment, especially being suspended and upside-down, became very memorable for me. To this day my favorite poses are being upside-down. I’m very grateful for that experience, because the rigger in the story became my main SM performance partner.

Do you enjoy facesitting ?

_"Yes! It is so much fun! It is also fun for the other person. I am essentially smothering them with my ass which is just another form of breath play."

Could you see yourself as a character in a dark romance novel ?

_"I’m not completely sure, but I often describe myself as a kind of “chaotic neutral” personality."

Do you ever feel like you could be replaced (by AI or otherwise) ?

_"Since my shows, events, and other work are in-person and connection is built in person, I’m not too worried about being replaced.

For me, the core of what I do is about that personal interaction, the energy in a room, the trust between people, and the unique atmosphere created in the moment. Those are things that can’t really be replicated in the same way, no matter how technology evolves."
